Success!!

Established by a unanimous Resolution of the Southampton Town Board in December, and stretching from Snake Hollow Road to Ocean Road, this is now the very first Historic District in any unincorporated hamlet in the Town of Southampton. The application was co-sponsored by the Bridgehampton Civic Association and the Town’s Landmarks and Historic Districts Board, chaired by Bridgehampton’s own Ed Wesnofske! The first property that will be subject to review is the new Farrell office building proposed for 2297 Montauk Highway. This application will be before the Planning Board for site plan review at the January 25 2pm work session and before the ZBA on the variance request for 2 apartments instead of the required 3, on February 1 at 6pm.
